You will have the possibility to return the product within 30 days after the delivery date “only if the product was defective”.
Defective/Dead items will be fully refunded or replaced after matching the serial number/IMEI with the one in our records.
If you need to return an item, please check twice to confirm the item does not work and send us a message using the eBay system. Please let us know first the detailed problem in order that both of us can try to fix the issue before decide to return.
If you will return a phone, please assure that the phone returned back to us comes without any customer code / password / Fingerprint Passwords or any customer lock. In the case of an Iphone, please verify that any ICLOUD information is taken off completely from the device. You can desactivate the icloud directly on the device or through icloud.com. 40% restocking Fee will be apply if the phone is returned back with this information until the correct information is provided to unlock the device.
If you want to return the item without defective, 20% of original selling price will be charged for returned item as re-stocking fee to cover eCommerce platform fees, final value and any other product fees.
Non Defective items: must be new never used and unopened for a refund.
In the unlikely event that the item is damaged during shipping, please report that to us on the same day of the delivery date. Goods must be unopened and unused for a refund! If your item is defective you MUST notify us within 2 days of receipt. Items that will not be notified after 2 days will not be replaced! Defective items will be credited only after matching the serial number of the product to the serial number on the box and the one in our records. We are aware of all fraud cases and have all the items details in our records.
We only accept the return with all original package. Save the original box and packing materials. They are specially designed to protect your unit during transit. If the unit is not shipped in the original shipping box for repairs, the repaired unit will be returned in other packaging and the customer will be charged additional fees.
The Refund will be processed after we receive the returned item and verify its status. We reserve the right to charge extra fees if item returned is damaged or intentionally abused.
Damages caused by wear and tear (ie: Damaged Screen, Scratches, Water Damage, etc.), improper packing or shipping by the buyer are not covered by the Seller’s warranty. Warranty covers only manufacturing defects, NO man-made sabotage.
